International Studies Journal (ISJ) and United Nations Information Centre (UNIC) will hold an International Conference on the Impacts of International Criminal Courts/Tribunals and Law on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law on the occasion of World Day of Social Justice in Tehran, Iran on 25 February 2016. The Conference will be held in cooperation with universities and research centers
Conference Topics
Impacts of criminal courts/tribunals and law on the expansion of human rights concepts, evolution of the concept of responsibility, immunity and responsibility in the lights of criminal law, IHL and ICC, responsibility to protect and criminal law, transitional justice and impunity, enforced disappearance as a crime, crime against humanity and ICC, Security Council and criminal courts, instances of war crimes, competence of courts and human rights.
Certificate
ISJ and UNIC will award a certificate to all participants who successfully participate in the conference. The Best articles which are presented in the workshop could be published in ISJ
